Garment Return Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return any apparel bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully unworn condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (14 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned us in fully unworn condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

After you’ve submitted a return request to info@conedenim.com, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to your package.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

1. How do I return a garment?

Request a return shipping label from info@conedenim.com. Once you receive shipping label, package and drop off at any FedEx location or drop box.

Please note: Shipping costs will be deducted from purchase price at time of refund.

2. Is there a time limit for returns?

Yes, we accepts returns within 14 days from purchase.

3. What if the garment does not fit?

We will be happy to exchange for a different size. Please note we do not cover shipping charges associated with exchanges of garments.
